Sign up – As an existing Architectural Grille customers you can now earn discounts and rewards for your loyalty! Our rewards program is one of the many new programs we have added in 2010. It rewards you for your loyalty to Architectural Grille as well as your desire to supply the highest quality products to your customers. We value your continued business with us and want to say thank you for choosing AG for all your grille and custom metalwork needs.

How do you join? It’s easy. Just visit www.archgrille.com/customerrewards, fill out the form, and submit it online. That’s all it takes.

How do I check where I stand? To find out your current reward points total at any time, just log in at www.archgrille.com/customerrewards using your email address and member ID.

What if I have a promo code? If you have a promo code and are also eligible for customer rewards then you will receive the best discount of the two offers. You cannot combine multiple discounts on the same purchase, however your purchase will still contribute to your reward points total.

What purchases count? All purchases (minus shipping costs) count towards the rewards program. If you make a $1,000 purchase and you are a member of our Customer Loyalty program, you pay $1,000 before shipping and then receive your discount in the form of a credit or a rebate check for $100 dollars plus points towards you rewards giveaway.

Can I combine it with other promotions? Special promotions cannot be combined with the Customer Loyalty Program, however your purchase will still contribute points unless otherwise specified.

How do we keep track? When you set up a login you will be able to track your points in your account any time. Each order you make you must include your customer loyalty number. This number can be found in your account online and on the email you receive when you become a member.

How do points work? Points are accumulated based on purchases, and may vary based on special offers, discounts, and promotions. The more you spend the more points you receive. Sign up today and receive 1000 points. Points are not redeemable for cash value. Purchase is required to receive points after initial signup. Points do not expire.
